On this retreat, we will be offering a variety of yoga styles designed to promote deep HEALing and rejuvenation. Each day will feature Vinyasa Flow sessions, where movement is synchronized with breath, offering a dynamic, energizing practice that builds strength and flexibility. For those seeking a gentler approach, our Gentle Flow classes will focus on mindful movement and relaxation, perfect for unwinding after outdoor adventures.
We’ll also dive into Yin Yoga, a slower-paced practice where long-held postures help release tension and encourage deep tissue relaxation. To round out the experience, we’ll offer Yoga Nidra sessions, a guided meditation technique known as “yogic sleep” that promotes profound relaxation and mental clarity. Each practice is thoughtfully designed to support your body and mind as you journey through the desert landscape.

During this retreat, we’ll venture into the awe-inspiring Goblin Valley, where we’ll leave behind the conventional trails and embrace barefoot hikes through its otherworldly landscape. The towering, whimsical rock formations known as "goblins" will serve as our backdrop for a rejuvenating yoga practice, connecting us deeply to the earth beneath our feet.
Afterward, we’ll indulge in a picnic lunch amidst this natural wonder, surrounded by the desert's peaceful solitude and stunning views.
Later, we’ll lace up our hiking boots and set off to explore the notorious Little Wildhorse Slot Canyon, an adventure that will have you winding through narrow passageways and marveling at the canyon’s towering, serpentine rock walls.
These adventures are designed to tap into your sense of adventure and exploration, inviting you to connect with nature in new ways while deepening your yoga practice. Day 1: Welcoming You to the Retreat
We’ll kick things off with check-in beginning at 4:45 pm, where our friendly staff will be there to greet you with warm smiles and make you feel right at home. You’ll have some free time to settle in and unwind after your travels. (Early check-in may be available—please inquire!)
After you've had a chance to relax, we’ll gather for a delicious dinner in the cozy common room, followed by a gentle Yoga flow to ease into the retreat vibe. We'll finish the evening with a "Getting to Know You" session, creating a space for everyone to connect, share intentions, and start the journey together.
Day 2: Adventure Awaits!
Rise and shine for a day of unforgettable exploration! We'll begin the morning with a hearty breakfast, fueling up for a day full of adventure in the heart of Utah's stunning desert landscape.
Our first stop is the otherworldly Goblin Valley, where we’ll embark on a barefoot hike through the whimsical rock formations, marveling at the “goblins” that rise from the earth. Experience the magic of the desert as we flow through a gentle yoga practice among these ancient spires, grounding ourselves in nature's beauty.
Afterward, we’ll enjoy a delicious picnic lunch in the valley, savoring the peaceful surroundings before we head out to our next adventure.
In the afternoon, we’ll take on the renowned Little Wildhorse Slot Canyon, a thrilling hike that winds through narrow, winding passages carved by centuries of water. This awe-inspiring canyon offers a true sense of adventure as we explore its twists and turns.
As the day winds down, we’ll return to the retreat for a delicious dinner, followed by a soothing Nightcap Yoga Nidra session. This deeply relaxing practice will guide you into a state of restful awareness, releasing any tension from the day and preparing you for a night of rejuvenating sleep.

Day 3: Deepening Your HEALing Journey
Start your day with a nourishing breakfast before diving into a deeper exploration of your HEALing journey. Today, we’ll have tailored workshops and posture clinics designed to enhance the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Whether you're refining your asana practice, deepening your breathwork, or exploring new tools for inner transformation, this day is all about enriching your yoga and HEALing experience.
The afternoon is yours to enjoy at your own pace – take some time to relax and reflect, explore the surrounding area, or treat yourself to a massage or facial, designed to further support your body’s restoration and rejuvenation.
As the day winds down, we’ll gather for a restful and rejuvenating nightcap yoga session under the stars followed by a fire (weather permitting). This final practice of the day will help you release any remaining tension, leaving you grounded and serene as you drift off into a peaceful night’s rest.
Day 4: Exploring 9 Mile Canyon & The Final Reflection
Rise and shine for another day of adventure in the desert sun! Weather permitting, we’ll head out to explore the iconic 9 Mile Canyon, home to the famous Great Hunt Panel. This ancient rock art site holds deep cultural significance, offering a rare glimpse into the history of the area’s indigenous peoples. As you explore the canyon’s stunning scenery and these incredible petroglyphs, take time to reflect on the connection between the land, its history, and your own journey.
After our exploration, we’ll gather for a yoga practice designed to center and ground you, helping you stay fully present and connected as we prepare for the retreat’s closing.
You’ll have some time to relax and reflect before we come together for the closing ceremony. This will be a meaningful opportunity to let go of what’s been holding you back and open your heart to what lies ahead.
As the retreat comes to a close, we’ll send you off with love, light, and a renewed intention for the future. The memories and lessons you’ve gained here will continue to inspire and guide you long after you leave.
Day 5: Rise and Shine to the Sunrise Yoga Practice
As the sun rises over the stunning desert landscape, we invite you to start your final day with a peaceful and energizing Rise and Shine Yoga practice on the back patio. Feel the warmth of the sun as you flow through your practice, grounded in the beauty of nature.
Afterwards, a delicious breakfast will be waiting for you to enjoy, followed by a little free time to relax, reflect, or take one last stroll in the peaceful surroundings before it’s time to check out.
