Your journey begins with an early morning transfer to the SGR station in Nairobi for your scenic train journey to Voi, offering views of Kenya’s open landscapes and rural countryside.
Upon arrival in Voi, you will be met by your professional driver-guide and transferred to a local restaurant for lunch.
After lunch, proceed by road to the Kasigau Community, located between Tsavo East and Tsavo West, at the foot of the scenic Kasigau Hill.
Arrive in the afternoon and check in at the community bandas. The rest of the afternoon is dedicated to immersive cultural experiences including:
· Interaction with local community members
· Traditional dances and storytelling
· Basket weaving demonstrations by Kasigau women
· Tree planting experience contributing to conservation efforts
In the evening, enjoy a scenic sundowner experience overlooking the vast plains views with light snacks, followed by dinner around a bonfire
Dinner and overnight at Kasigau Bandas – FB
After breakfast, immerse yourself in the natural and ecological richness of Kasigau.
The day includes:
· Guided nature walks and eco-learning experiences around the Kasigau ecosystem
· Exploration of indigenous plants, trees and their traditional uses
· Interaction with community conservation initiatives
Lunch at the bandas.
In the afternoon, visit the Kasigau historical site, where you will learn about the First World War (WWI) events in the region, particularly the encounters between British and German forces and how these events shaped the local community and its history.
Return in the evening for relaxation.

Breakfast at the bandas.
Depart Kasigau and journey toward the Kenyan Coast, with a special stop at the Tsunza Community, a coastal village known for its rich mangrove ecosystem and sustainable community projects.
Spend time engaging in:
· Guided nature walks through mangrove forests
· Village interaction and cultural immersion
· Insight into local coastal livelihoods and conservation efforts
Lunch will be arranged within the community setting.
After lunch, proceed to Diani Beach, Kenya’s most famous coastal destination, known for its white sandy beaches and turquoise waters.
Arrive and check in at your beach resort. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure to relax and enjoy the coastal ambiance.
Dinner & Overnight at Neptune Leopard Beach Resort – HB
You will be met by your professional driver-guide for a scenic drive south through coastal villages and coconut plantations to the historic fishing village of Shimoni, where you will board a traditional dhow to begin your sea adventure. The excursion features a dhow cruise from Shimoni for dolphin spotting and snorkeling in the Kisite-Mpunguti Marine Park, followed by a seafood lunch on Wasini Island and a guided tour of the local coral garden

Transfer to the SGR station (Mombasa Terminus) for your return train journey to Nairobi.
Upon arrival, you will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward international departure flight.
