50-Hour Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training Immersion in Sumatra, Indonesia
Learn How To Teach Yoga Safely to Prenatal/Postnatal Students from a Real Life Birthing Stories
Let's face it. If you are a yoga teacher, one way or the other, you WILL have someone who is pregnant OR who just gave birth walking into your classes at some point or another. What better way to learn from someone who DID practice yoga through pregnancy and post-labour. Our lead instructor, Tomomi gave birth to her son in a birthing centre in Ubud, Bali. Her training is filled with stories from her own struggles, trauma and magical moments. She will discuss what mothers go through, what options they have and what they REALLY need in a yoga class from emotional, physical and spiritual point of views.
