✭ Nature-Based Yoga: Nature-based asana and pranayama practices to connect us to the natural world and ourselves and activate our kinesthetic intelligence and felt sense.
✭ Elemental Rituals: Devotional offerings and simple elemental rituals to focus your attention and begin your day in a heartful, dedicated way.
✭ Micro-Practices: Short practices which can be integrated easily into daily life, helping us to take yoga off the mat, slow down and be present.
✭ Self-Care: Ayurvedic self-care practices to cultivate more love and appreciation of ourselves. This is called ‘Dinacharya’ in Ayurveda and is a powerful way to start the day.
✭ Yoga-Nidra: A deeply nourishing practice which restores and balances the nervous system. Incredibly healing. Led by renowned Yoga Nidra expert Uma Dinsmore-Tuli.
✭ Voice Work: Sacred sounds, mantras and voice activation practices to activate the elements within us and enhance the vibratory resonance inside. Led by vocal coach Dominique Zuniga.
✭ Poetry & Sound: Opening the energy channels or nadis and energy centres with the powerful vibration of bija mantra and poetry.
✭ Eco-therapy: A therapeutic side effect from being immersed in nature and practicing yoga. The elements return us to a regulated state of balance and well being.
