Yoga will teach you their original aerial vinyasa flow class, which is a set sequence mix of
traditional yoga, pilates, acrobatics, and physical therapy. The poses are easy for total
beginners, but can be adapted to challenge advanced students. .We practice variations of this
class every day with detailed books and videos to give you a core foundation. We teach you our
original sequenced flow. It is a mix of traditional hatha yoga, vinyasa, pilates, acrobatics and
therapeutics. We focus more on building strength and flexibility with simple beginner poses and
standard fitness exercises. Students practice teaching everyday and design original classes.
