Join Jared McCann and co-teacher Rebecca Causey for a dynamic 5-day JM Vinyasa intensive where we will dive deep into Jared’s signature Vinyasa sequence as well as other essential daily practices of meditation, mantra and pranayama.During this 50-hour intensive we will have a daily meditation and pranayama session, daily vinyasa classes, posture clinics focusing on poses from the JM Vinyasa sequence (backbends, inversions, forward folds and twists), and applied anatomy sessions to help students better understand what is physically happening in the pose, troubleshoot alignment, as well as learn drills to build strength and relieve pain. Students will also learn how to better support their poses through the application of yogic bandhas (energy locks).

This training will be energizing and inspiring for yoga students and teachers alike. All levels of practitioner are welcome, though we do recommend having a consistent yoga practice to get the most out of your experience. It is also the perfect way to refresh and reconnect to your asana practice and yoga community if you’ve been practicing online for the past year.

This training intensive is open to all levels of yoga practitioner and YA certified teachers will be eligible to claim 50hrs of CEUs.

Daily schedule:

8:00am – 10:00am: meditation + asana class

10:00am – 12:00pm: lecture/posture Clinic

12:00pm – 2:00pm: lunch break

2:00pm – 4:00pm: lecture/posture Clinic

4:00pm – 6:00pm: asana class

Absolutely loved this series!! Such a joy to practice with Jared again, and to get back into more advanced postures and techniques. Nothing quite like a JMY complete practice on my body/mind. Looking forward to the next one!!

Overall incredible experience, I strongly recommend learning with Jared & Rebecca if you have the opportunity. Booking: Schedule and stay information was detailed upon booking. I used the bank transfer option and everything went smoothly. Rebecca answered all my questions quickly. I received the manual & reading list immediately and was able to prepare for the training at my own time. Stay at Danena: Tastefully renovated "Masseria" (farm) in the middle of the Sicilian countryside. Pets and a beautiful Mediterranean garden to enjoy. Big infinity pool with views on the olive trees & the sea. I shared a room that was clean and practical, with AC, however I would have prefered a firmer mattress. Beautiful practice space fully equipped except for cork blocks, that would be an useful addition. Staff are lovely and available to help as well as advise on the places to visit around Danena. Food: Plenty of local, mostly vegetarian (sometimes fish) food prepared daily by the chef. Tasty & different dishes to suit everyone were served at every meal. Yoga classes: Deepening my yoga practice with Rebecca and Jared for three full weeks was an extraordinary opportunity. Their combined knowledge of asana, meditation, anatomy, philosophy and pedagogy will enrich your practice both as a yoga student and as a yoga teacher. They are eager to share their passion and help their students by meeting them exactly where they are on their yoga & life path. Most importantly, their kindness, compassion and embodiment of yoga is truly inspiring.

There are no words to describe how amazing that training was. Rebecca and Jared are the most incredible teachers I came across. So humble, inspiring. Their life, practice, spirituality. ♥️ Thank you so much for all the love you’ve been giving us. The sadhana, the yoga, the Pilates, the hiit, the anatomy classes, the posture clinic, the philosophy. Everything was so amazing, I wish I’ll have the chance to live this once again in my life. The people in Danena are also so kind and wonderful that it felt like home.

Absolutely life-changing, and in Sicily this time nonetheless! Training with Jared and Rebecca anywhere is a gift. They are both extremely knowledgable in the practices. This advanced training covered in-depth posture workshops, advanced meditation, functional strength training, integrated & applied anatomy, yoga philosophy, the business of yoga, enriching instruction, and several spiritual tools that will last you a lifetime. It's important to find a teacher that genuinely embodies what they teach, and maintains integrity to the roots of the practice. Jared and Rebecca are prime examples of this. Training with them is something I recommend to anyone who is ready to elevate their yoga practice, teaching, and life overall. On top of everything, you will always find a new community of amazing like-minded beings to learn with.

Absolutely amazing!💯 Life changing experience 300 RYT with Jared and Rebecca, truly incredible teachers! Words really can't describe how grateful I am for all the love, sadhana practices, yoga, HIIT, pilates, anatomy, philosophy and more we learned and shared together over those 3 weeks! The accommodations, staff and food at Danena were all wonderful! And I will never forget the fun outings where we played and laughed together all day!
