Your safari begins in Nairobi before flying south to the Maasai Mara, where expansive savannahs, abundant wildlife, and dramatic landscapes create an unforgettable introduction to East Africa. Spend your days exploring the reserve on game drives, with opportunities to encounter lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, cheetahs, and many other species that call the Mara home.

From Kenya, continue by air into Tanzania and the legendary Serengeti National Park. Known for its vast grasslands and extraordinary concentration of wildlife, the Serengeti offers a different perspective of the East African wilderness. Game drives take you deep into the park in search of predators, large herds, and the ever-changing drama of life on the plains.

Your journey then continues to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, home to the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater. Descend into the crater for a full day of wildlife exploration within one of Africa’s most remarkable natural landscapes, where the enclosed ecosystem supports an exceptional variety of wildlife.

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you’ll be met by your representative and transferred to Wilson Airport for your scheduled flight to the Maasai Mara.Upon arrival, begin your safari with an afternoon game drive across the reserve, with opportunities to encounter lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, cheetahs, and other wildlife across the Mara’s open savannahs.

Return to camp for dinner and your first evening in the Maasai Mara.

After breakfast, set out for a full day game drive across the Maasai Mara. Spend the day exploring the reserve’s open grasslands, riverine areas, and wildlife-rich landscapes, with opportunities to encounter the Big Five and the many other species that call the Mara home.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in the reserve, allowing you to remain in the wilderness rather than returning to camp during the middle of the day. Continue your game viewing through the afternoon before returning to camp in the evening.

After breakfast, transfer to Ol Kiombo Airstrip for your scheduled flight from the Maasai Mara to Seronera Airstrip in the heart of Tanzania’s Serengeti National Park. The flight takes you across the border from Kenya into Tanzania, connecting two of East Africa’s most renowned safari destinations.

Upon arrival, begin your first game drive in the Serengeti, exploring its vast plains and diverse wildlife habitats. Continue your game viewing through the afternoon before returning to Elewana Serengeti Pioneer Camp for dinner and your evening in the Serengeti.

After breakfast, spend another full day exploring the Serengeti on game drives. With another full day in the park, venture into different areas of the landscape, from open grasslands and rocky kopjes to acacia-covered plains, searching for wildlife and observing the rhythms of the Serengeti.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in the reserve before continuing your game viewing through the afternoon. Return to camp in the evening after another full day immersed in the Serengeti wilderness.

After breakfast, transfer to Seronera Airstrip for your scheduled flight to Lake Manyara Airstrip. From there, continue by road towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, leaving the open Serengeti plains behind as the landscape rises into the highlands.

In the afternoon, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for your first game drive. Explore the crater floor, where grasslands, woodlands, and seasonal lakes support a remarkable concentration of wildlife, with opportunities to encounter lions, elephants, rhinos, and other species.

After your game drive, ascend from the crater and continue to Elewana The Manor at Ngorongoro for dinner and your evening in the highlands.
