Join us for an unforgettable retreat hosted by Bend Studio at the breathtaking House of Shakti, in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. Surrounded by lush tropical landscapes on the Pacific Coast, this retreat offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.

In Santa Teresa Beach, Puntarenas Province, Costa Rica. 

Nestled in the lush jungle, near the surf village of Santa Teresa, House of Shakti offers the perfect blend of modern luxury and jungle tranquility.

The property has sacred geometry designed Villas, an enchanting poolscape, sauna, and comfortable community spaces, giving it an elegant modern and cozy touch to the jungle oasis. A stunning yoga shala is perched at the top overlooking the landscape.

This land sustains a private retreat center, surrounded by guanacaste, pochote and papaya trees, banana plants, hibiscus, jasmine flowers, and friendly monkeys swinging from the trees.

All rooms have a private entrance. All rooms can be shared (two people with two singles or a king bed). Two master suites have a private bathroom.

Let us know if you are booking in a group of 3 or more, and we will do our best to place you all in the same villa.

Fly into San Jose (SJO) Airport or Liberia (LIR).

From there you will take a domestic flight to Tambor Airport, in Santa Teresa.

Car rentals are encouraged to explore during the day - Santa Teresa is about a 45min drive from the domestic airport.

Taking a domestic flight from San Jose Airport to Tambor is the preferred option - by far the easiest and quickest option to arrive in Santa Teresa. The flights run daily and are only 25 minutes, not to mention quite an outstanding view.

We will be arranging car sharing Via google doc if you are landing into Tambor.

Plan to arrive Saturday, March 7th, to ensure your timely arrival on the retreat. Air Bnb options will be provided upon request.

Sunday, March 8th, we will organize picks up from your hotel or from the airport.

We will hold practice at 6pm, and opening ceremony at 7:30. 

Closing ceremony will be Friday, March 13th, and our final practice will take place on Saturday, March 14th, followed by a farewell breakfast. 

Deposits secure your spot on the trip and are not refundable. 

For cancellation requests submitted with more than 60 days of retreat date: 100% of total amount (minus deposit) will be refunded. For cancellation requests submitted within 60 days of retreat date, we will be unable to give refunds, no exceptions. 

We understand unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, complete or for arriving late or leaving early.
