This retreat intentionally takes place during the Autumn Equinox. This marks the shift from summer to fall. The day when light and dark share equal length. Just as the trees release their leaves at this time, we too are invited to reset and let go of what we no longer need in order to make space for what's next.

Each morning we will begin with a gentle yoga practice. Beginning the day like this allows you to energize your body and clear your mind. Everything is an invitation, nothing is mandatory.
Nourishing vegetarian meals made from the best local chefs will fuel your days, and wellness workshops will invite you inward, toward self-awareness, authentic connection, and a little more ease. Evenings are for reflection, good company, and settling into the rhythm of our calm and luxurious villa. Wind down in the hot tub or take the plunge — literally — in the cold plunge.
