This means stepping out of the habits and routines you have been living day in and day out for weeks, months or even years. As your guides, we will provide you a space for you to return to yourself. To cultivate a wholeness that you not only experience while away but return home with to nurture a continual growth within. Through movement practices, yoga, meditation, workshops and ceremony, this retreat is a time to nurture your own transformation and gives you the invitation to make your way back to the place you’ve been seeking to return to: home within yourself.

Day 2-4
7 - 9am: morning outdoor mindfulness exercises and mediation
9am: Nutritious breakfast
10 - 2 pm: Free time for spa treatments, journaling, reading, relaxing & options for exploration (Some days we will have scheduled group activities or off-site excursions such as sailing on the lagoon, There will also be time to explore the nearby town for shopping on your free day)
2pm: Wholesome lunch
3 - 5pm: Free time
5 - 7pm:Evening meditation or yoga practice (Restorative/Yin/Gentle)
7pm: Delicious dinner
Day 5
7 - 9am: Morning yoga practice (Hatha/Vinyasa/Power)
9am: Nutritious breakfast
10 - 2 pm: You will reflect on your entire life by meditating in nature. Our beautiful natural setting, which includes all 5 elements, will help you to bring out love, sincerity, patience for yourself and to remember your life story without resistance.
3 - 5pm: Free time
5 - 7pm: The final evening’s special outdoor activities and meditations will allow you to feel “nothingness” as you let go of who you are not, and experience complete quietness, tranquility, and deep peace.
