First Day: Opening Circle to create a safe space
Welcoming circle with a guided meditation for grounding, a short introduction to break the ice in a gentle way. You can set intentions and get to know the others.
Musical frequencies can heal the cells in your body. While you rest in savasana, laying down in a comfortable way, the music works its magic.
With breathwork, you can release subconscious emotional pain, boost the immune system and build mental resilience. The breathing techniques are simple and guidance is gentle.
You will be guided through authentic movement with music to discover a new way of dancing honoring the energy that you feel. You will also have short exercises to dance together to learn how to communicate your boundaries and how to say "yes" or "no" with the body. This is not a usual dance class it is a mindful practice offered with loving awareness.
In meditation, you drop into stillness. Self-observation is an empowering skill that can help you in every situation in life.
On the last day of the retreat there is a closing ritual to reflect on your time and intentions.
