Come and join this beautiful journey with yoga, sound healing, a cacao ceremony, powerful breathwork and liberating dance journeys to create emotional freedom.

Wake up with yoga, be surrounded by palm trees, and share your journey with like-minded people who seek authentic yogic practice. In addition to yoga, this retreat offers structured silence time in nature, and holotropic breathwork to help you reflect on your inner world and life path or just calm the mind.

Highlights

 First Day: Opening Circle to create a safe space

Welcoming circle with a guided meditation for grounding, a short introduction to break the ice in a gentle way. You can set intentions and get to know the others.


Sound Healing

Musical frequencies can heal the cells in your body. While you rest in savasana, laying down in a comfortable way, the music works its magic.

Holotropic Breathwork

With breathwork, you can release subconscious emotional pain, boost the immune system and build mental resilience. The breathing techniques are simple and guidance is gentle.

Intuitive Dance

You will be guided through authentic movement with music to discover a new way of dancing honoring the energy that you feel. You will also have short exercises to dance together to learn how to communicate your boundaries and how to say "yes" or "no" with the body. This is not a usual dance class it is a mindful practice offered with loving awareness.

Guided meditation

In meditation, you drop into stillness. Self-observation is an empowering skill that can help you in every situation in life.


Last Day: Closing Circle for gratitude

On the last day of the retreat there is a closing ritual to reflect on your time and intentions.

Nicole is certified to teach Vinyasa & Yin Yoga and combines it with her passion for dance and spiritual psychology. Presence and trust are the foundation for any class. Her priority is to support you and especially to show you, how to support yourself in all human emotions we often face on and off the yoga mat. Her guidance is trauma-informed to give you the freedom to choose what feels okay in your body. She is originally from Berlin Germany
