(Of course, an improved physique and a clean bill of health aren't too shabby, either!)

What’s included

During this week you will: practice functional movements fundamental for your everyday life learn food combination, and why eating certain foods at certain times is good for us practice circuit training to build strength embed a daily routine of fundamental stretching. In the breathtaking environment of Western Crete, we’ll help you reach your fitness goals and reach a deeper understanding of the connection between your mind, body and lifestyle.-Daily courses and small group instruction -Transfer to and from Chania airport (see below for details) -One car for your use (shared between 4 people) -3 group excursions to sites and breathtaking beaches -Opening and closing dinners -Visit to Chania and local markets to explore the local organic produce -6 nights accommodation (price based on single occupancy) -Breakfast of fresh local fruit and coffee -Dinner in house, or in traditional local restaurants.

If you've been looking for the motivation to begin an exercise program or get back into working out regularly, and are excited about discovering your potential and expanding your limits, join us for this week-long small group intensive. Because you can transform your physique with the proper workout and nutrition strategies... but you have to know how! Our method is based on natural and consistent exercise together with a regular clear diet, every day, with no excuses. Our goal is to teach you simple strategies to increase your body’s performance, and for you to notice this in your body by: -burning fat -building muscle -transforming your way of thinking
