After a good night's sleep and a hearty breakfast, we leave the rainforest and continue on an ascending path that crosses the valley along a steep rocky ridge. The road now turns west in a river gorge until we reach Shira campsite. Temperatures are starting to drop. 

 After breakfast, you will leave Shira Camp (3,750m) and head to the main point of the route: Lava Tower (4,630m). This part of the route features numerous climbs and descents that end in a bivouac at over 4,600 meters above sea level. It can be difficult and you may experience some discomfort, but to successfully acclimate to the altitude you will need to spend at least 1-2 hours here, so this is where lunch will be.
Then go down to Barranco Camp (3,960 m). Here you can see the famous Barranco Wall, impressive both for its size and for its slope! The next day you climb it, but don't worry - it has a very easy hiking trail.
Note: if one or more participants feel unwell, the group will not be able to cross the Lava Tower and adjust the route, following the road for porters instead. In this case it will not reach a height of 4,630 meters, but up to a maximum of 4,400 meters. 

Wake up early, breakfast and start of the climb of the Muro del Barranco (we recommend leaving the camp as soon as possible to avoid the crowds of other groups). Climbing the canyon wall is not difficult and only takes an hour. After the climb, you can rest and take photos in front of the Kibo volcano.
Then you'll embark on a more difficult hike at Karanga Camp, which has numerous ups and downs along the way, but don't worry, our guides are experts in choosing an optimal pace for the group. When you arrive at the camp, you will be offered a hot lunch. After a few hours, you must climb to Barafu Camp (4,640m) where you will be served a hot dinner. It is better to spend the rest of the day resting and sleeping before reaching the night peak.

 Departure from Barafu Camp (4,640 m) at night and start of the summit of Kilimanjaro: Uhuru Peak (5,895 m). Technically, the climb is relatively easy; however, the most challenging part is the high altitude. Each pair of mountaineers is provided with a personal guide for the entire climb to monitor their physical and mental conditions. After successfully climbing Uhuru Peak you can descend to the nearest glacier if you wish. You will then return to Barafu Camp and after a 2 hour rest you will continue your descent to Millennium Camp (3,820m). Note: Remember that 90% of all accidents happen downhill, including all broken arms and legs. Please take care of your feet as there is a high risk of injury to your nails. 

 The camp is located in a tropical rainforest. When you wake up you will feel the relief of the drop in altitude and the satisfaction of having reached the summit. After a hot breakfast, head to the exit of the park: Mweka Gate (1,640 m). After your descent, the whole group meets to congratulate you and then offers to share your opinion on the ascent in the guestbook. Finally, we will deliver your commemorative certificates to our office and drive you back to the hotel.
Rest at the hotel and drive to the airport.
Note: Hotel check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need a late checkout due to an evening flight, you have the option of extending your stay at the hotel at an additional cost.
