5 nights' accommodation with all meals (vegetarian options)
Each day, we will begin with a practice based on yoga, meditation, and breathwork.
After a full breakfast, we will head out on an excursion to an impressive location with hikes.
During the excursions, we will practice mindfulness and self-awareness exercises.
Each day we will have a picnic or a restaurant lunch.
Once we return to our accommodations, we will do an integrative practice to help close out the day.
Finally, we will end the day with a wonderful dinner.
Hvolsvöllur is a charming village in Iceland, known for its proximity to stunning nature, including glaciers, volcanoes, and unique rural landscapes. It's an ideal base for exploring South Iceland, with a welcoming atmosphere and close proximity to attractions such as Þórsmörk National Park and Seljalandsfoss waterfall.
Midgard is a concept, a local family-driven community where passion, adventure and genuine connections thrive. They invite travelers to become part of their story, creating memories together while discovering Iceland, on and off the beaten path, raw and real.
Accommodation will be in shared dormitories with six other people, private rooms shared with one other person, or a private room. There is also the option of staying in a nearby hotel.
