Yogastudioproject and Universo_yoga invite you to their sixth retreat now in the South of Portugal! They have been putting up beautiful experiences in South America, Uruguay, and they are now moving the experience to their farm partner in the Costa Vicentina Natural Park in Algarve. A six-day retreat guided by four yoga teachers, each dedicated to a different yoga school. You will have Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Acro. Twice a day, you will practice asana (physical yoga practice) and twice a day, you will meditate on different kinds of teachings, from Japa meditation to Vipassana, and go through pranayama sessions and lots of other activities to increase your physical and mental consciousness; both as individuals and as a group during the week. This price is our offer for you to come experience a non-commercial yoga and meditation retreat. Maria, Alejandra and Giorgos will guide you through yoga sessions ranging from hatha, vinyasa and yin. Giorgos has 15 years experience teaching for yoga students and also guiding TTCs since 5 years already. Alejandra and Macarena have experience both guiding yoga classes (5 years) and retreats (almost two years, 7 retreats).
The three teachers, even though they teach different styles, have learnt from the same teacher in Rishikesh and then went their own ways in their respective countries: Uruguay, Scotland and Greece. They share a purpose in the yoga practice, a profound healing in life. And differ in their style, which makes this experience a very interesting journey!
