We will start the tour to the 7 Ausangate Lagoons from your hotel pick up in the city of Cusco around 04:20 am, we begin our journey to the community of Pacchanta for 6 hours, we will appreciate high Andean landscapes such as flora and fauna. In Pacchanta we will have breakfast in the area, a short break for our guide to explain a little more of our adventure. After breakfast we will get ready to start the hike to the Seven Lakes of Ausangate. The trek is about 7.5 km during 5 hours on foot. We will visit the 7 lakes of Ausangate: Azulqocha, Orco Otorongo, China Otorongo, Puqacocha, Alqacocha, Qomercocha and Patacocha. In addition, we will be able to appreciate the dazzling mountains like the Ausangate (6,834 masl), Mariposa (5,842 masl), Jampa (5,500 masl), Pucapunta (5,740 masl), Caracol (5,625 masl), Tinke (5,300 masl). During the trip we will see native birds of the area, alpacas, llamas, many vizcachas and hopefully the Andean condor. At the end of the circuit we will return to enjoy a comforting lunch in the community of Pacchanta. Then we will take a break in the medicinal hot springs of the place, so you can relax and recover energy after this incredible experience in the Andes.
