Some courses are specialised in Restorative Aerial yoga. You can take both courses to get 100 hour Aerial Yoga TT.
In Restorative Aerial you will receive detailed hatha based aerial yoga alignment and unique acro massage workshops to decompress the spine, realign the vertebrae, relieve nerve pressure and reduce pain. Learn specialized anatomy of biomechanics, fascia and nervous system. Study the myofascial and parasympathetic nervous system and their impact on the spine and overall health to bring liberation of mental and physical discomforts and activation of deep relaxation. With yogic and ayurvedic perception of energy and philosophy, we will create a new understanding of anxiety, depression and stress and the different ways to relieve it through mindfulness and somatic body work.

No food or accommodation
For budget travellers there is Lagas Hostel, which has 8 person shared dorms and is just 400m from Ubud Yoga Centre. Lagas has a small pool, hot showers and wi-fi. It's a fun place to be to meet travellers from around the world. There is also DFive Family Hostel, which has similar conditions and location. Please check for more pics and info online. The new Ubud Yoga Centre Retreat House (where this course takes place) is an architecturally stunning location with stylish loft apartments. Each room is named after a Balinese festival or celebration and decorated according each particular theme.
Private rooms have one twin bed, shared rooms have two single beds, all beds are up in a loft, below the loft is a living space with work area, storage, private bathroom, small fridge, safe, fast WI-FI and daily cleaning service. The lower floor has a swimming pool and common area with a kitchen & work space. The top level has a massive yoga shala where classes are held.
There is guided aerial yoga practice twice a day (plus aerial yoga workshops). ULU Yoga is famous for their cushioned aerial swings and unique style, which mixes aerial with traditional hatha yoga, vinyasa, acro and yin. Swings support the body weight to enhance the range of motion, attain correct alignment, do advanced poses, decompress the spine and cure back pain.
