The purpose of this retreat is to support you to make a life change. This retreat will guide you to raise your awareness of your body and mind, through conscious movement practices, detox, meditation, pranayama and awakening talks. Take this opportunity to nourish your body and challenge your mind. Discover inner peace by connecting to the present moment through your body.
Now is your time to make a conscious stop, start to reflect on your life, and gain the much-needed clarity and focus to make a change in your life. Discover a simple, natural, and conscious way to live life. During these 7 days together you will learn to take care of your body with conscious movement and a detox diet. You will enjoy nutritional, unprocessed, and unrefined meals. Nourish your mind, body, and spirit, by practicing a variety of different techniques such as conscious movement, pranayama, yoga, self-inquiry, meditation, qigong, tai chi, and more.
After the retreat, you will leave feeling nourished, lighter, and clearer.
The intention of the retreat is to fill your day with presence, connection, and mind-body awareness.
You will wake up in the morning to the sound of the bell, and start the day with lemon water, enjoy the morning breeze, the sound of birds, and the soothing sun. At 8 a.m., you will practice conscious movement or go for a nature walk, with meditation and an awakening talk to encourage change and stimulate the mind.
After the morning practice, a fresh mix-fruit breakfast will be served with Spirulina juice, and then time to rest until we meet again for an awakening talk.
Next, you will have detox juice. Now is the time for a holistic mentoring session, followed by meditation and awakening talk. A fresh veggie salad will be served in the afternoons. Then, you will go in for a walk in nature or have a conscious movement session. If you wish to have more time to rest, meditate, or receive guidance, this retreat will adjust itself to your needs and to the natural rhythm of the day.
