Our wish for you is to experience a life-changing week of healing in this enchanted portal. The week will consist of collaborating with the Spirits of the Apus (Andean Mountains), the elements of Earth, Wind, Water and Fire, Grandmother Ayahusaca, Grandfather Tabacco, Mama Coca and other elementals.

Denise and Cesar bring a combined 20 years experience. This husband & wife team have been leading international retreats and ceremonies since 2013. Prior to that they were students for many years, cultivating a deep relationship with the sacred, master plant, Ayahuasca. Traveling from the Andes to the Amazon, learning from teachers and masters from all walks of life and lineage. 

They humbly channel the healing energy of Madre Ayahuasca through sacred song, silence and a keen intuition. They help midwife participants through each ceremony by supporting them to find their inner guru and release blocks and dense traumas/energy that prevent them from living life fully.

This is a rare opportunity to be personally guided by these gifted healers. To be held in an energetic container of love and to do deep healing work in a safe and supportive way.

This retreat gives you the time and space to let go, creating a lasting shift in your awareness and life. During our time together, you will be held in a safe and supportive space for you to do your inner work.

Sitting with Ayahuasca is not to be taken lightly. Preparation is needed. These are healing circles for people who are humble, respectful and honoring of the sacredness of this gathering and the plant medicines. It is for people who can understand and appreciate the transformational spirit of the work involved.

Participation in ceremony can involve dramatic experiences accompanied by strong emotional and physical release. This ceremony is not appropriate for people with certain medical conditions or for people using certain medications.

Each participants will need to answer a few health history questions to make sure it is a good fit. 

This diet below will need to be followed 7 days prior, during the retreat and a minimum of 3 days after:

1. No alcohol or drugs (includes marijuana) 
2. Eat vegetarian (No pork or red meat. Fish and eggs are OK to eat)
3. Minimize salt, sugar, dairy and oil
4. No spicy foods
5. No fermented food or drink such as kombucha or kimchi
6. No sex
7. No coffee or caffeine 
8. No fried foods
9. Highly processed foods and foods with chemical additives

The reason for eliminating processed foods, and most importantly fermented foods (This means no soy, or soy milk, no miso, cheese, tempeh, tamari, beer, wine etc.) is because of the high Tyramine content in these foods. This accompanied with the medicine can raise blood pressure and create a hypertensive state.

The cleaner your system is the easier it is for the medicine to work on you which means it will be easier on your physical body.

You will receive a schedule on the first day, however, we ask that you remain flexible as we will make adjustments based on what is best for the group.  There will be plenty of downtime in order for you to truly relax.  

We will begin at 9am on the first day and end around Noon on the final day.  You will need to arrive and check-in the day prior to the retreat. This night IS included in the cost. We strongly encourage you to stay 2 full days after the retreat to rest, integrate and ground at a local airbnb or hotel (this is not included in the retreat rate).

You will need to fly into Cusco, Peru and have a valid passport. Check your passport expiration date. It needs to be valid for more than 6 months beyond the date of this retreat. If you are within 6 months of your passport expiring, apply for a new one. Otherwise you won't be let in the country. This is true for most countries.

Also, check your embassy or consulate if you need a visa to enter Peru. Most countries are able to obtain a visa upon entry into Peru.

A non-refundable deposit of $500 USD is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the first day of the retreat.  There are no refunds within 60 days of the retreat.
