Absolutely amazing trip! Shawna is a delightful leader and kept the pace of activities manageable for the group. There was plenty of down time and activity; a perfect balance given the short time of the retreat. The reflection activity was also one that opened my mind to new learnings about myself, which I'm still sitting with. The location was stunning and the food was indulgent. Highly recommend this retreat and all the staff: Shawna, the Green Mountain massage folks, and Flying Boar Kitchen and Catering.

Shawna is fun and easy to travel /retreat with. Met a lot of nice people. Food was off the chart - amazing!!! Venue beautiful and perfect for fall.

This was a perfect weekend retreat. The accommodations were wonderful. Our personal chef for the weekend was first rate. And we enjoyed four terrific yoga classes. Kudos all around.
