Temuco - Warm-up ride to Conguillio National Park
On the first day of our mountain bike tour, our local team will meet you at Best Western Ferrat Hotel in Temuco at 9am.

We’ll drive for approximately 2 hours to Melipeuco, a small quaint village. This village is part of the UNESCO Kütralkura Geopark and the Biosphere Reserve “Araucarias”.

There, we’ll stop for coffee and snacks. Afterwards, your guides will assist you to assemble and fit your bike. Once we are ready, we’ll start our trip with a 24-km warm-up ride, with the Llaima volcano at sight and surrounded by ancient araucaria trees.

We’ll arrive at the first Chilean eco-friendly lodge located in the park. In the evening, we’ll have an orientation and briefing session before our welcome dinner together.

Crossing Conguillio National Park
Today's ride starts at the eco-lodge in Conguillio National Park, where we begin pedaling alongside 4 volcanic lakes, overlooking a striking view of the Llaima Volcano.

We’ll ride alongside vast lava fields and then through ancient araucaria forests, reaching an altitude of 1.650 meters above sea level (5.413 feet).

Pucon - Ojos Del Caburgua ride
Upon arrival at Pucón, Chile’s capital of adventure tourism, we’ll checking in at hotel. We’ll cycle from Pucón towards Caburgua, passing through Quelhue and the Ojos Del Caburgua waterfall.

Finally, we’ll have the unique experience to share a dinner with the Colipi Family, part of the Mapuche community. They will be our host this evening as they will cook for us and share their ancestral culture and cosmovision.

Pucon - Villarica Volcano Ride
Today we start riding from our hotel towards the Villarrica Volcano up the ski resort located at the base of the volcano.

From there, we will have an amazing and unforgettable view of the Andes, the surrounding lakes and the astonishing volcanoes of the area.

Pucon - Temuco Airport
The following activity is only possible when your flight from Temuco departs after 4pm.

Our last morning is full of adrenaline. We’ll start with a double track climb through local forests until we’re high above Pucón with a great view of Volcano Villarrica in the distance. This will take us to a huge flow of petrified lava, the result of the 2015 eruption of Villarrica, which makes for some very exciting riding and sets the perfect end of this great trip.

Afterwards, a private transfer will take us to Temuco Airport (ZCO) to catch your flight.

Temuco - Warm-up ride to Conguillio National Park

Fantastic tour! Best supported tour I have been on. The guides, Daniel and Recardo went above and beyond to insure I was being taken care of. The drivers also provided great support. Scenery was delightful as it was quite unusual to be riding and see 3 Volcanoes all at once. Accommodations were varied; from decent to outstanding. Argentinian food was great as were the snacks for the ride. Rebecca in the office was delightful to deal with and went out of her way to help me replace a lost phone.

I am not sure how to give this a proper rating. The tour and the guides were wonderful. However the bicycle rental situation was unacceptable and impacted the pleasure of the tour. I rode a Vado the first day for 56 miles with 4000 feet of climbing. This is a heavy commuter bicycle with racks and fenders etc. The bicycle took much of the enjoyment away and I considered canceling and going home. The following day I was given a size medium Creo gravel bicycle despite the fact that I ride a 48 (extra small) at home. This was an improvement from the Vado but also unacceptable. I think I was most upset when I found out you were able to provide appropriate sized bicycles for everyone else except for me. For the other small people on our tour and the other tours you were running. Perhaps I should have more assertive. I understand you had bicycles stolen but what you considered a suitable replacement was not.

Everything about this trip was wonderful: our guide, Matias, was incredibly skilled & so great to spend time with and he took such good care of us; our driver, Juan, was completely reliable and such a great guy; the accommodations were over-the-top great and the food was fantastic! We have been on many cycling trips all over the world and this ranks up at the top. Even though the weather was not the best, the time we had on this trip was the best!
