Upon your arrival at Victoria Falls Airport, you will be met by your shuttle vehicle and be transferred to your hotel. Your luxury holiday room awaits.
Today's activities will include an afternoon dinner cruise.
The day starts with a visit to the famous Victoria Falls. The majestic waterfall, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is impressive in full flood (February to end May), and even in low season (October and November). After your walking tour, there are many optional activities to choose from for the rest of the day. Vic Falls is an adrenalin junkie's dream playground, equip yourself with a pick of the below optional activities.
-Full/half-day white water rafting on the mighty Zambezi.
-Bungee jump 100m off the bridge.
-Zip line and gorge swing.
-Helicopter flight.
-Lion and elephant walks.
-Village tour: To get an understanding of how the local people live.
-Visit local craft markets.
This morning, we will continue our adventure in Victoria Falls with some optional activities before we embark on a journey to Chobe National Park.
After lunch, we will travel a 70km distance to the Botswana boarder, crossing into Botswana. We will arrive at our accommodation late in the afternoon.
Today's activities include an afternoon game drive.
Included activities:
1. Game Drive – Chobe National Park
This morning, guests will be picked in open game drive vehicles to the park. The game drive will cover less than 1% of the 11700sq km that makes up the Chobe National Park. The land activity takes you further into the park where a variety of different species can be found.
2. Sunset Boat Cruise
You'll board a vessel and then traverse along the Chobe River into the Chobe National Park. There is no stretch of river in the world that has a larger and more varied abundance of wildlife than this part of the Chobe River. After the boat cruise, we will board a floating restaurant for lunch, where guests can enjoy traditional cuisine while still being surrounded by the natural beauty of the Chobe.
After an early breakfast today, we embark on a journey to Zimbabwe`s biggest National park. Hwange National Park is in west Zimbabwe. Its grasslands and mopane woods are home to large elephant herds, lions and African wild dogs. In the northwest, animals gather at Mandavu and Masuma dams, where there are concealed lookouts. Bumbusi National Monument includes 18th- century ruins and pre-colonial rock carvings. In the southeast, waterholes include the Nyamandhlovu Pan, with its elevated viewing platform. You will do an afternoon game drive in Gwango Estate.
The day starts early as we depart our lodge for a full day game drive. We visit several waterholes with lunch served in the middle of the bush. Hwange National Park is Zimbabwe's largest reserve and offers some of the best game viewing opportunities in the country - elephant, lion, buffalo, giraffe..
. After breakfast on day 7, You'll then enjoy a 3-hour drive to Victoria Falls International Airport.
