12PM-5PM: Check in, explore on your own & settle in
6PM: Welcome Snacks, Sunset Watching, Meet & Greet
Evening: Dinner or free time.
DAY TWO
5:30-7 AM: Sunrise Morning Yoga Practice. (Welcome. Centering. Grounding. Arrival Ceremony)
7:30-9 AM: Morning Swim/Beachwalk & Get Acclimated to being in the ocean. Pre-Surf Training
9:30-11AM: Breakfast
11:30-12:30: Welcome discussion. Expectations. Fears? How are we feeling. Get to know each other etc.
1-3 PM: Free time, explore the resort, swim in the pool. Lunch. (Optional Surf/intro to surf boards/ on beach tutorial)
5-6 PM : Restorative Yoga
7-9 PM: Dinner/Chill Time
DAY THREE
6:00-7 AM: Morning Vinyasa Yoga Practice. Prepare to surf. Train Focus & Presence.
7:30-9:30 AM: Morning Surf or Swim (surf lesson)
10-11:30AM: Breakfast & Surf Review
12 - 3: Excursion or free time
5-6 PM: Restorative Yoga
7-9 PM: Dinner/Chill Time
DAY FOUR
6:00-7AM: Morning Vinyasa Yoga Practice. Prepare to surf. Slow, Deep & Stretchy.
7:30-9:30 AM: Morning Surf or Swim (surf lesson #2)
10-11:30AM: Breakfast & Surf Review
12 - 3PM: Excursions or free time.
5-6 PM: MID-RETREAT CHECK IN Discussion & calming breath-work
7-9 PM: Dinner/Chill Time
