Stillness
Dedicated and guided moments of stillness to pause and reconnect with mind, body and breath. As the sun rises and sets in the sky, we will take a moment to pause and listen. Yin yoga and yoga nidra sessions take place on board.
Breath
Guided breathing sessions will teach you how to calm or energize mind and body by using your breath. We use the breath to explore practices of nervous system regulation.
Renewal
Spend the midday hours however it pleases you - reading a new book, journaling, taking a nap, walking on the beach, swimming, snorkeling or simply just be. The choice is yours.
Movement
To connect with your physical body, we offer two gentle movement sessions daily.
