The daily schedule includes 2 sessions of each Traditional Hatha yoga, pranayama, and meditation.
Additionally, there will be daily yoga philosophy and Ayurveda lectures to help you deepen your spiritual knowledge and provide useful advice on how to create a healthy and holistic lifestyle.
The yoga classes, yoga philosophy, and Ayurveda lectures will be lead by senior yoga teachers and senior Ayurvedic physicians.
Our teaching style is perfectly suited to provide international students with useful tools that will help them integrate spiritual practice with the demanding lifestyle of the West.
In addition to the yoga classes, we will go on excursions to visit some of the unique sites in the holy cities Rishikesh and Haridwar.
During the retreat, we will conduct Ayurvedic cooking classes that will enable you to prepare tasty and healthy dishes as well as give you essential knowledge of the principles of Ayurvedic cooking.
The course also includes a complimentary consultation with a senior Ayurvedic doctor to receive health advice based on your Dosha (Ayurvedic constitution). Additionally, an Ayurvedic massage will be provided.
