My yoga and diet story may be very similar to many other mums'. Back in 2010 when I gave birth to my second child, I gained a lot of weight, around 10kg (22 pounds). I did not care much about my appearance because I spent almost all my time taking care of my newborn daughter. When she turned 12 months old, I got problems with my health. I couldn’t sleep at night and so got tired all day after. I looked 10 years older than my age. That’s too much for my husband alone to take care of my two children, me and his business. I need health. I am very thankful to my mother-in-law for calling her friend, a health and nutrition advisor, for help. Thanks to the expert advice, I started to be on diet and practice yoga. Only one month later, I felt a lot better. A proper diet and yoga are two secrets that have helped me stay healthy. I decided to learn to be a yoga instructor and got my degree last year. I love to travel around to learn more about the practice and offer yoga retreats to people.
