07:30 - Yoga session (Pranayama, asana, relaxaxion) - 90 min
09:30 - Breakfast
10:30 - Walk, Trekking, Personal coaching session
13:00 - Lunch
15:00 - Other activities (group coaching session, Workshop) or free time for yourself
19:00 - Dinner
20:30 - Meditation
