It might be easy to lose weight with fad diets, pharmaceuticals and sacrifices. But it is not sustainable and almost impossible to keep your goal weight like that. During this retreat we don't aim for you to lose weight, but to equip you with knowledge, tools and the right mindset to make the necessary changes for you to reach your goal weight and keep it.

07:30 - Yoga session (Pranayama, asana, relaxaxion) - 90 min
09:30 - Breakfast
10:30 - Walk, Trekking, Workshop
12:00 - Practical nutrition workshop with preparation of Lunch
13:00 - Lunch
15:00 - Other activities (Coaching, Analysis) or free time for yourself
18:00 - Group class training
19:00 - Dinner
20:30 - Meditation
