Cancellation & Refund Policy

We know that life happens and plans can change. Because our retreats involve upfront costs for venue rentals and guest accommodations, we have to stick to a clear schedule for cancellations.

72-Hour Grace Period

Every booking comes with a 72-hour free cancellation window. If you change your mind within three days of booking, we will give you a 100% refund, no questions asked.

Refund Schedule

Outside of the initial 72 hours, here is how we handle refunds based on when you notify us:

• 60 days or more before the start date: 100% refund of your deposit and any balance paid.

• 30 to 59 days before the start date: 50% refund of your deposit. Any remaining balance you’ve paid will be fully refunded.

• 29 days or less before the start date: At this stage, all payments (deposit and balance) are non-refundable. This is because we have already finalized all local costs and room rentals for your spot.

The Remaining Balance

Your remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat begins. If you paid in full when you booked, that balance is fully refundable up until the 30-day mark. Within 29 days of the retreat, all funds become non-refundable.

Travel Insurance

We really recommend that you look into travel insurance. It’s the best way to protect your investment if an unexpected emergency or travel issue pops up within the non-refundable window.
