The minimum number of participants for this trip is two (2) unless otherwise agreed between the parties.  If the minimum number of participants is not met, the package prices will be adjusted to reflect the final number of travelers. 

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

- Refundable Deposit Amount (upon booking confirmation): 30%  

- Settlement of Remaining Balance: 30 days (4 weeks) before arrival   

- Free cancellation is accepted up to 4 weeks before the start of the trip

- Cancellation Fee 30 to 3 days before the start of the trip: 30% of the booking cost

- Full cost if cancellation is received within the last 48 hours

- No show: Full charge will apply

- Packages can be transferred to a different participant; Any payment differences that occur from the package transfer must be settled between the participants on a private basis
