You will allow yourself to relax and simply letting go as your toes connect with the magical energy that surrounds you. Your heart surely full after wildlife sightings and learning about conservation at private game reserves. Yoga sessions will be a combination of breathing techniques, yin yoga, vinyasa flows and guided meditation. The therapeutic moves will allow you to go inward and become familiar with your own body as you link your breath and connect with nature.
Most mornings, after breakfast will be spent on unique activities specific to the area, a chance to see what makes it so unique. On return from the activity, enjoy a healthy lunch before taking some time to relax and enjoy the “holiday” part of this adventure, or head off for another guided activity as offered by the lodges. As the day draws to a close, you will find yourself back in nature for an afternoon yoga practice before sunset. Here you will feel as if time is standing still, where living in the present moment is the only option. Your body relaxed, your mind in a state of absolute peace. The practice promotes a calming and meditative state that will benefit beginners to experienced students. An incredible way to end the day and quiet your mind before dinner under the Namibian starlit skies.
