You will lounge by the beach everyday and enjoy song and dance by local musicians by night. This itinerary is for those who want nights spent dancing under starry skies as much as they want yoga and learning about health and well being.

Welcome to the Ancient City of Athens and more importantly the oldest continually inhabited village in the world, Plaka. We will be strolling through the 4 thousand-year-old streets, eating delicious cuisine & drinking Greek Coffee & Juices! As we wind our way through the cobblestoned pathways we will slowly ascend the ancient hill toward the Temple of Light, the Acropolis. From here a short stroll through the olive groves and a light stretch before we head to a traditional restaurant for dinner.
