10:30-12:30PM - Free Time, Swim in dipping pool, walk Labyrinth, chill in a hammock, journaling, embodying the natural state of self (Massage & Reiki in treehouse or Infrared Sauna as an option)
12:30-1:30PM - Lunch
1:30-4PM - Free Time to Relax with intention to Root into the Earth, Walking barefoot
4-6:30PM - Root Chakra Grounding Yoga Session
6:30-7:30PM - Dinner
7:30-8:30PM - Yoga Nidra
