This journey will be an opportunity to experience the nourishing energy of the mountains of Northern India that will allow us to journey inward and find presence. We will also have the honor of participating in one of the Dalai Lama’s live teachings, visiting a grassroots animal recovery center, Tibetan refugee community center, and an environmental conservation project. We will be learning about responsible philanthropy and mindfulness practices which allow us to feel more genuine happiness and have “happy hearts.” There will be workshops that delve into how yoga and altruism go hand in hand while learning about practices that can help us avoid empathetic distress and come together to gently shake the world.
After your long journey, arrive at the beautiful Blossoms Village and enjoy a non-alcoholic beverage. Explore the beautifully manicured grounds at Blossoms Village and then be guided through a restorative yoga class. There is nothing like conscious movement to help loosen up any stiffness from your travels. We will enjoy dinner at the resort’s rooftop terrace.
