Welcome,
I hope wherever you are in the world you are well and having a good day or have had.
I am pleased you have found your way here, I have thought long and deep about how I would like to greet you in our first interaction, so you can get a real feel of who I am and what I want to bring to you.
So I will start by telling you a little about myself, where, how and why I do what I do and how I came to do what I do.
I am 43 with a 23 year old daughter, I am a London borne westindian Trinidadian decent. I have worked in a number of industries, from being a dancer, training and working with dogs, working with homeless people, edicts and old. Recruitment sales and now find myself in a place that I believe I was always looking for without knowing.
What is that place?
It’s place where I get to serve and help others without being a people pleaser or running myself dry.
I was borne into a family of healer, mediums and careers. So this is natural and feels less like work and more just about where I should be and what I should be doing.
I have suffered with depression, anxiety, agoraphobia, accessible drug and alcohol abuse. I am diagnosed ADAH person ( I don't like to use the word Sufferer) as I believe that it doesn’t have to be like that. It really is about how we navigate and use this gift to our advantage and learn the tools and hack to help us do that.
This retreat is about learning what lies beneath the surface of yourself, what triggers you? What lights you up, what calms you down and keeps you focused and helps to navigate sabotaging behaviour pattens.
We are the masters of our own destinty, we genuinlly have the power to create the reality we want. It’s not magic it’s about getting to know yourself.
So my hope for you is that you join me of this week and take this time ti dig deep, be open and honest with yourself and what you truly want, where truly are and what you might need to adjust to create the reality you want.
I hope to leave leave you with tools to enable you to get the road to the reality you want to create.
Through a regular meditation practice, a yoga practice, Tai Chi and voice activation work. Ice baths, breath work, journaling and sound healing.
I will use technics from Dr. Assagioli psychosynthesis physiotherapy, Learning from Wayne Dyer, Louise Hays and various other schools and teachings.
Not only will set intentions but you will work out what intention you want to set, they don’t have to be grad gestures to change the world or buy a million pound house.
