A confirmed booking will be provided once full payment is received. 

Room Assignment: this is a guarantee stateroom promo which means Carnival will assign your ocean view balcony stateroom once full payment is made. Carnival will send your cabin number to you at least 30 days prior to sailing

Deposit: $25 per person deposit required to confirm your booking. Required full deposit of $250 per person must be met by 7/8/2025 or your reservation will cancel.

Payment: Payment is required to secure a reservation. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. You authorize VACATION LIFE TRAVELING LLC to charge the credit card or bank account indicated for the noted amount(s). Payment(s) are for the services described on VACATION LIFE TRAVELING LLC website. You certify that you are an authorized user of this credit card and that you will not dispute the payment with your credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are subject to a fee. Please refer to the specific package for detailed cancellation charges. 

Changes by Passenger: Any changes to the booking after confirmation may incur additional charges. 

Travel Documents: It is the your

responsibility to ensure all travel documents are valid and up to date. 

Cruise Ship Itinerary Changes: The cruise ship reserves the right to alter itineraries due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances without refund.

Responsibility: Vacation Life Traveling LLC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from circumstances beyond its control. 

Passenger Agreement: You, the undersigned passenger, agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Vacation Life Traveling LLC: you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Travel Terms and Conditions outlined by Vacation Life Traveling LLC. You acknowledge that travel involves certain risks and uncertainties for which Vacation Life Traveling LLC shall not be held liable. You confirm that You are medically fit to undertake the travel and have the necessary medical insurance coverage. 

Passports are highly recommended for travel, but not required for this sailing if you are a U.S. citizen. U.S. citizens 16 & older are able to travel with government issued birth certificate and State I.D. or drivers license. U.S. citizens 15 & under are able to ravel with a government issued birth certificate. 

All non U.S. citizens require a valid passports with an expiration date of 6 months or more from the return date of this trip.
