Join Danish yoga and fitness teacher, Maria and myself for 8 days of exploring the wild within you and around you.
We will visit Namibia’s Greatest Wildlife Park, home to 114 species of mammals, 340 bird species, 110 reptile species and 16 amphibian species which make game viewing in Etosha a unique experience. Drive through one of Namibia’s most scenic areas and take in spectacular sunsets before adventurous days at the coast. Swakopmund has a laid back feel to it with palm trees, good restaurants and various activities to choose from.
Our last night will be spent at a private nature reserve offering a unique combination of wildlife, nature and wellness experiences.
Mornings vinyasa flows by Maria will energize you for the adventurous day ahead and evening yoga sessions by Marcel will settle your wild within by a combination of gentle flows, meditation and breathing techniques.

Day 1: Wednesday, 14 October
On arrival at Windhoek International Airport, you will be met and the Journey to Etosha National Park will begin. If you have arrived a day or so before, we will pick you up at your B&B/Hotel.
From Windhoek it’s a 4 hour drive, the perfect time for an introduction to what the week has in store for you while enjoying majestic landscapes and the unique environment of flora and fauna. After lunch and settling into your accommodation, we will meet for a meditation session, absorbing the peace and tranquility of the natural African bush. Dinner at the Lodge.
Day 2:Thursday, 15 October
This morning calls for an early start. We will meet with an experienced guide that will take us toEtosha National Parkon a half day game drive. It is home to hundreds of species of mammals, birds and reptiles, including several threatened and endangered species which makes it a unique and special place to visit.
Lunch time we will be back at the lodge, relax for the rest of the day by one of the pools before heading to a nearby lodge for sunset a calming yoga practice, followed by a mouth-watering buffet dinner at the same lodge.
Day 3: Friday, 16 October
After a morning yoga flow and healthy breakfast, we will head to Etosha National Park for another exciting half day of game viewing. Lunch time we will be back at the lodge, relax before an afternoon yoga and meditation session, followed by dinner and live African music.
