TERMS OF CANCELLATION
Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers are subject to Cancellation fee. Any cancellation of a reservation must be in writing, and shall only be effective upon its receipt and acknowledgment.
The following cancellation fee will be subject to cancelled bookings:
More than 60 days prior to arrival date: 30%
60 days to 30 days prior to arrival: 50%
30 days to 15 days prior to arrival: 80%
15 days to No show prior to arrival: 100%
No refund will be given to the following:
Itinerary Amended After Departure.
There will be no refunds from XXX Travel for any unused portions of the tour.
Lost Travel Time or Substitution of Facilities.
No tour refund is available should you fail to join a tour or join it after departure or leave it prior to its completion.
We strongly recommend that you secure trip and cancellation insurance.

PASSENGER INFORMATION
Passengers should bring soft sided bags on safaris as our vehicles have limited luggage space.
All the passengers must have Identification Card/Passport with them for any internal flights.
Baggage on internal flights is strictly limited to 15kgs per person (including hand luggage). Any excess baggage will be charged by the airline at check-in.
You will be picked in the morning at 7am and start the journey to Tsavo west. It Is designed to showcase the beauty of Tsavo West National Park where various activities are available including game viewing, cave exploration, Under water Hippo and fish watching and a visit to shetani lava flow
A variety of animals can be seen including leopard, cheetah, wild dogs, Buffalo, rhino, Elephant, Giraffe, Zebra , lion, crocodile, Mongoose, Hyrax, Dik-Dik, Lesser Kudu, Nocturnal Porcupine and many more. The park has prolific bird life over 450 species.
Arrive in time for lunch at Kilaguni Serena lodge, followed by an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at the Kilaguni Serena lodge
