Our menu is plant-based and nutrient-dense. Vegan, gluten-free, corn-free, refined sugar and agave free options. We only use quality fats - coconut oil, olive oil, sesame oil. Ingredients are organic and locally sourced as much as possible. The retreat includes all meals prepared by our private chef. 

The retreat is located within a private community located hillside from Conchas Chinas beaches. Engulfed by lush vegetation, it provides the ideal setting to unwind, let go and bask in nature.
