Stephanie O’Hara is the founder and owner of Beausoleil Yoga, a boutique yoga space specializing in private & small group instruction. Her yoga classes are a playful blend of breath , grace, and discipline, and her rich and diverse training and teaching style range from creative vinyasa flow to yin, gentle & restorative. Stephanie has training in mantra meditation, trauma, vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga, and reiki.

Darcy L. Plunkett, LISW, is a Psychotherapist in private practice in Dayton, Ohio. Darcy specializes in helping people reach higher levels of possibility in their lives by discovering their limiting beliefs and understanding the patterns that hold them back from living their best lives. Darcy has training in grief and trauma, and is a Certified Feminine Power Coach and Facilitator.

Located on the island’s furthest NW corner, this resort faces the Bali Sea, accompanied by a backdrop of nine majestic mountaintops that silhouettes the highlands.
The Balinese believe the energy of these hills connects to the energy of the Holy Bali Sea.
This is an ideal retreat space to take off your shoes, get grounded, feel the breeze, listen to the sounds from the shores, and immerse into nature, all within a serene space.

The retreat venue is comprised of individual private villas including a private pool with outdoor covered recliners, a poolside gazebo, verandah, gardens, and a private dining area with a kitchenette.

Shared occupancy rooms include twin beds, with a comfortable window seat and a large desk. These rooms could add a third bed if triple occupancy is desired.  Bathrooms are both indoor and outdoor accompanied by a large dressing room.

GARDENS
As you walk along the paths in the open spacious landscaped gardens of the property, you will find fish ponds, Buddha statues, trees, bright flowers, a team of birdlife, all providing an excellent place for a quiet and peaceful stay full of meditation.

BEACH
You can swim and relax at the beach right in front of the property.  Unlike many areas in Bali, the water here is very calm making it a perfect spot for snorkeling.  Just a couple of meters from the shore the coral are teeming with fish, thanks to the innovative "reef-building" project that the local hotels and dive operators are running.. Wake up prior to sunrise, and watch the many different hues of orange, red and pink from the beach gazebo.

The casual beach side restaurant facing the bay, serves a mix of western and Indonesian food.
Fresh fish from the local fishermen is served every day, and local dishes such as freshly caught tuna in banana leaves can be served, amongst many other amazing dishes. Breakfast may also be served at your private villa. . T

The chef will work to accommodate dietary restriction and preferences - vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and more.

 
Freshly made fruit juices are served throughout the day.

The nearby village is safe, and perfect to grab a bite to eat with a variety of restaurants within walking distance.

The retreat venue is located in NW Bali, in a seaside village. To reach the retreat venue, we'll take a beautiful 3.5 hour drive through rice fields, over the hills to the northern coast and experience the different landscapes that Bali has to offer.  More info coming soon.

We will practice yoga/meditation/breathwork and explore our divine feminine energy in the body through sequences and practices designed to connect to this part of ourselves.  Somatic exercises, reiki, chakra healing/balancing and visualization will take you deep into your body and provide a pathway for healing and balancing.  Feminine energy encompasses many qualities, but to simplify, look at our Mother Earth as nurturing, loving, emergent, and existing in cycles. She is also fierce and seeks balance for life to flourish.

We will meet for meaningful and interactive group experiences in a safe space as we explore the areas in your life that you wish to focus on during the retreat.. Each day, there will be a Feminine Power coaching experience. Learn to gain traction in your life from a very different stance. Rather than strategizing, planning, and goal setting, you will learn to shift to a more organic and creative way of being that promotes trusting your intuition, blossoming and evolving to higher levels of self-actualization, which women are craving now more than ever before.
