Day 1

Arrive in Cairo & Welcome Dinner

Welcome to Egypt! After arriving in Cairo, you’ll check in to your hotel and have time to rest and get settled. Take the afternoon to relax or explore the hotel at your own pace.

In the evening, meet your fellow travelers over a Welcome Dinner, where you’ll enjoy local cuisine and get an overview of the journey ahead. It’s a great chance to connect, ask questions, and prepare for the days to come.

The Great Pyramids of Giza and the Grand Egyptian Museum

Start your day with a visit to the Great Pyramids of Giza, one of the world’s most iconic landmarks. Explore the pyramids up close, learn about their history, and take in the views of the Sphinx.


Afterward, head to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), home to an extensive collection of ancient artifacts, including the treasures of Tutankhamun. Walk through interactive exhibits and gain deeper insight into Egypt’s rich history.

Enjoy a break for lunch before returning to the hotel or exploring more of Cairo at your own pace.

Off to Aswan | Temple of Philae & Dinner at Nubian Village

Start the day with a morning flight to Aswan, where you’ll experience a different side of Egypt, known for its scenic Nile views and Nubian heritage.


Upon arrival, visit the Temple of Philae, a stunning island temple dedicated to the goddess Isis. Explore its well-preserved carvings and learn about its relocation due to the Aswan High Dam.


In the evening, enjoy a traditional Nubian dinner in a local village. This is a chance to connect with the community, experience Nubian hospitality, and enjoy authentic cuisine before winding down for the night.

Abu Simbel

Start the day early with a morning drive to Abu Simbel, home to two of Egypt’s most impressive temples. Carved into the mountainside, these massive structures were built by Ramses II and later relocated to preserve them from the rising waters of Lake Nasser.


Explore the Great Temple of Ramses II and the Temple of Nefertari, admiring their intricate carvings and colossal statues. Learn about their history, significance, and the incredible effort it took to move them in the 1960s.


After the visit, return to Aswan for a relaxing afternoon or optional exploration before the next leg of the journey.

Travel to Luxor & Karnak Temple

Start the day with a scenic journey to Luxor, the heart of ancient Egypt. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and take a moment to settle in before heading out to explore.


Visit the Karnak Temple Complex, one of the largest and most impressive temple sites in the world. Walk through its massive columns, detailed hieroglyphs, and sacred spaces as you learn about its role in Egyptian history.


After the visit, enjoy free time to relax or explore more of Luxor at your own pace before the next day’s adventures.

Luxor | Valley of the Kings & More + Optional Hot Air Balloon Ride

Start the day early with an optional sunrise hot air balloon ride over the Valley of the Kings (available for an additional fee). Float above Luxor’s ancient tombs and temples as the sun rises over the desert landscape—a breathtaking way to see the region.


Next, explore the Valley of the Kings, the burial site of Egypt’s most powerful pharaohs. Visit some of the beautifully decorated tombs, including those of Ramses and Tutankhamun (depending on availability). Continue to the Temple of Hatshepsut, dedicated to Egypt’s most famous female pharaoh, and stop at the Colossi of Memnon, two massive statues that have stood for thousands of years.

For lunch, enjoy a home-cooked meal with a local family, offering a glimpse into Egyptian hospitality and daily life.


The rest of the afternoon is yours to relax or explore more of Luxor at your own pace.

Cairo | Old Cairo & Khan Al Khalili Bazaar

Start the day with an early morning flight from Luxor to Cairo. Upon arrival, head straight to Khan Al Khalili, Cairo’s historic market, where you can wander through narrow alleys filled with shops selling spices, jewelry, textiles, and souvenirs.


Stroll along Moez Street, one of the oldest streets in Cairo, lined with beautifully preserved Islamic architecture, mosques, and historic buildings. Take in the vibrant atmosphere and enjoy a traditional Egyptian coffee or tea at one of the local cafés.


The rest of the day is free for you to relax, explore more of Cairo on your own.

Day 8

Cairo | Egyptian Museums & Farewell Dinner

Begin the day with a visit to the Egyptian Museum, home to thousands of ancient artifacts, including statues, jewelry, and treasures from Egypt’s pharaohs. If you haven’t yet seen Tutankhamun’s famous golden mask, this is your chance to view one of the most iconic pieces of Egyptian history.


Next, explore the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC), where you’ll see the Royal Mummies Hall, featuring the preserved remains of some of Egypt’s most legendary rulers. This museum offers a comprehensive look at Egypt’s history from prehistoric times to the modern era.


Spend the afternoon at your leisure before gathering for a Farewell Dinner, a final opportunity to reflect on the journey, share experiences with your fellow travelers, and enjoy one last evening in Cairo.

Farewell & Departure

Your journey through Egypt comes to an end today. Airport transfers will be arranged based on your departure time, ensuring a smooth trip to Cairo International Airport.
