Embark on an adventure beginning at Aguilar Castle, a majestic Cathar stronghold guarding the Spanish border. Our journey begins amidst vineyards, weaving through diverse terrain ranging from arid expanses to lush forests. Prepare to be captivated by the dramatic Gorge de Galamus and Gorge de St. Jaume, where sheer cliffs and crystal-clear streams reveal nature's grandeur.
This section hike adventure invites you to explore with only the essentials on your back, offering the freedom to roam the countryside. Bid farewell to luggage on Day 1, to be reunited on Day 6. Each sunrise unveils a new trail to conquer, while every sunset leads us to a new lodge to lay our heads. With history echoing through ancient stones and nature whispering its secrets, this journey promises an unforgettable experience amidst the breathtaking landscapes of southern France.
