About your trip

Join me for the ultimate celebration as we head to Munich for Oktoberfest 🍻 the world’s largest and most famous beer festival!

Along the way you'll bond with a small group of like minded travelers and form lasting friendships with other like minded individuals during my Kegs, Croissants and Canals Oktoberfest Tour!

This trip not only explores Munich, but two other major European bucket list cities, Paris and Amsterdam.

During our time in 🇩🇪 Munich we'll have three nights to enjoy Oktoberfest, along with visits to Dachau Concentration Camp and Neuschwanstein Castle.

Once we wrap up in Munich, we'll head West to the 🇫🇷 French capital city of Paris.

Here we'll spend time exploring some of my favorite attractions such as the Catacombs, The Louvre, Versaille, Arc de Triomphe and more.

After that we'll make our way north to a city on every traveler's bucket list, 🇳🇱 Amsterdam.

During our time in Amsterdam we'll walk the halls of the Anne Frank House, tour the canals by boat, visit the Rijksmuseum, tour the Red Light District and more.

This trip takes place over the following dates:

📆 September 29th - October 8th, 2025

This trip will be limited to 18 travelers to ensure a fun and intimate experience! We'll explore the major attractions together, but you'll still have plenty of time and space to enjoy each city at your own pace.

🇩🇪 About Your Guide

My name is Wes - I'm a travel junkie who has visited 30+ countries and counting.

I love travel because it's a great way to experience different cultures, visit some of the most beautiful places on Earth and take part in adventurous activities unique to the destinations I visit.

I was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio 🇺🇸 which I still call home to this day. It serves as the perfect home base for enjoying life back home when I'm not out on the road exploring!

Growing up in Cincinnati, I was able to experience the world's SECOND largest Oktoberfest for many years before finally making my way over to Munich to experience the real thing.

On my tours you'll enjoy a high level of attention to detail and planning. I'm an experienced guide and I've already spent weeks in 🇩🇪 Germany, 🇫🇷 France and the 🇳🇱 Netherlands scouting out this itinerary to ensure it only includes the best activities in each city.

Day 1

Day 1 image

Arrive in Munich & Experience Oktoberfest

On our first day of the trip we'll settle into Munich before enjoying our first evening of Oktoberfest!

We'll have an optional walking tour of Old Town, or you'll be free to explore town on your own if you prefer.

After exploring Old Town we'll make our way over to the main event to feast on giant pretzels, bratwurst and hearty Bavarian chicken as we celebrate Oktoberfest!

Don't forget your dirndl or lederhosen (optional but strongly encouraged).

Day 2

Day 2 image

Visit Dachau Concentration Camp & Oktoberfest Round Two

On our second day in Munich we'll head over to visit and pay our respects at the Dachau Concentration Camp.

Visiting a concentration camp isn't your typical tourist attraction. It's a somber and powerful experience. Walking through the facility we'll learn about the events of the Holocaust that took place here during World War II.

After our visit, you'll have time to explore Munich on your own before we reconvene for our second evening enjoying Oktoberfest.

Day 3

Day 3 image

Visit the Disney Castle, Neuschwanstein & More Oktoberfest

On our third day in Munich we'll take a day trip to nearby  Neuschwanstein Castle (aka the Disney Castle).

Here we'll explore some of the most impressive palaces ever built at the hands of King Ludwig II.

This will be a full day activity and we'll return in the evening. Since this will be our last evening in Munich, everyone will be free to either head back for a third round of Oktoberfest or explore town on their own.

Day 4

Day 4 image

Arrive in Paris, Visit the Arc de Triomphe

On our fourth day we'll say our goodbyes to Bavaria and head West by train to Paris!

We'll arrive in the afternoon, get settled into our new accommodations and then head over to explore the Arc de Triomphe around sunset.

After taking in the views from atop the Arc de Triomphe (be mindful there are a lot of stairs involved) everyone will be free to explore the Champs-Elysees area and grab dinner on their own.

Day 5

Day 5 image

Explore the Louvre, Catacombs & Montemarte Food Tour

Day 5 will be filled with some of Paris' top highlights.

We'll kick off our day by heading to the Louvre (before it gets overly crowded) to spend a couple hours taking in the World's most impressive collection of art and sculptures.

After exploring the Louvre we'll reconvene in the afternoon at the Catacombs, my personal favorite attraction.

We'll stroll through the remains of millions of deceased Parisians and learn about the history of this peculiar place.

Upon surviving the Catacombs, we'll enjoy a walking food tour with a local through the Montemarte area.

The tour will include wine, traditional French foods and pastries. It will culminate near the impressive Sacre Couers at sunset so you can take in stunning views of the city during Golden Hour.

Day 6

Day 6 image

Visit Versaille & Ascend the Eiffel Tower

Our third day in Paris will involve heading just outside of town to the impressive palatial estate of Versaille.

We'll get an early start today so we can beat the crowds, and everyone will be free to explore the palace grounds at their own pace. The gardens are just as impressive as the interior, so be sure to save some time for exploring outside.

You'll have the afternoon free so you can take as long as you'd like at Versaille, or hit some other attractions back in Paris.

In the evening we'll reconvene near the Eiffel Tower before making the journey to the top to take in the best view in all of France!

Day 7

Day 7 image

Arrive in Amsterdam, Explore the Red Light District

On Day 7 we'll catch a train to the Netherlands and visit one of my favorite cities in Europe, Amsterdam.

We'll get settled into our accommodations and then take a walking tour of the Centrum area and Red Light District.

After our tour, you'll have the evening free to enjoy the nightlife here as you see fit.

Day 8

Day 8 image

Visit the Anne Frank House, Canal Boat Tour, Heineken Brewery

During our first full day in Amsterdam we'll hit some of my favorite attractions.

We'll start the day by visiting the Anne Frank House. This is a really powerful and somber experience, as we'll walk through the very halls that the Frank family lived during their time spent hiding from their Nazi occupiers during the Holocaust.

After this, you'll have some free time to explore town before we reconvene in the afternoon for a canal tour of the city by boat. There's no better way to take in the city's architecture and rich history than from a boat as we cruise the canal network.

Once we finish up our boat tour, we'll make our way over to the Heineken Experience. This is a really fun opportunity to learn about the history of Heineken as we explore their interactive museum and brewery.

At the end of the tour, we'll enjoy some cold beers before everyone is free to enjoy their evening as they see fit.

Day 9

Day 9 image

Experience the Rijksmuseum & De Gooyer Windmill Brewery

On day 9 we'll make our way over to another one of Europe's top museums, the Rijksmuseum.

We'll arrive as a group but everyone will be free to explore the museum at their own pace. If you're an art buff, consider popping over to the nearby Van Gogh museum when you're finished here.

In the afternoon we'll reconvene at the De Gooyer Windmill Brewery for a brief tour of their facility and brewing philosophy, before tasting some of their beer for ourselves.

Day 10

Day 10 image

Depart Amsterdam

On our final day in Amsterdam, we'll say our goodbyes as the group splits off to either head home or continue their travels elsewhere in Europe.
