When we are aware of how thought operates, we can work with it and not be slaved by it.
Being aware is the reason for change, and the change supports us to remain aware.
Our focus is on working with the body-emotion and mind-thought, in order to put it into use in daily life.
We focus on creating transformation that your behaviour will support you and not go against you.
A truly worthwhile time out from the distractions of the world to get back to basics and rediscover the true meaning of being. An incredibly beautiful space to reconnect with yourself and nature. Amazing and supportive staff. The vegan food was delicious.

15:00 - 16:00 Afternoon group meeting, discussion, inquiry
