Do you want to be always happy?

Are you looking for a drastic change?

What are you willing to sacrifice for that?

Are you willing to start now?

If your answer is Yes,

We welcome you to join us for a ten-day journey of Self-Inquiry, to investigate your thoughts to be aware of yourself.

When we are aware of how thought operates, we can work with it and not be slaved by it.

Being aware is the reason for change, and the change supports us to remain aware.

Our focus is on working with the body-emotion and mind-thought, in order to put it into use in daily life.

We focus on creating transformation that your behaviour will support you and not go against you.

Testamonial

YL
Yigal Lenman
Yigal has the ability to guide people to find the way to be content within themselves. In the last 10 years he has supported beings to make transformation in their lives. Working alongside Yigal is dynamic, refreshing, unexpected, and challenging, where one can see and experience that everything begins and ends with him, and only he is responsible for his actions, and stops or limits his ways. Yigal can adapt himself to what a person has a passion to delve deeper into. He has the tools to challenge people around him, to not give up, to leave their comfort zone, ask questions and live a satisfied life. Over the years Yigal inspired many people to investigate their beliefs, and meet themselves without thought. Yigal knew that we can all find what and who we are, as soon as we stop looking for what we want, and begin to live our lives without separation between thought and experience. Yigal woke up to the fact that what he had always been looking for was always inside him.
