The best way to experience another country is with inside information and we have just that for the perfect trip to Bali. My friends Richard and Sara have been living in Bali for several years and will be my co-hosts for this trip that explores both the mountains and the beaches of Bali.
Richard is a surfer and yoga teacher from the USA and his wife, Sara, is a yoga teacher from Shanghai, China. I met them both when I was living in Shanghai and I am so excited to be co-hosting this retreat with them. As residents of Bali, they know all the places to go, all the food to eat, and everything to experience to make a trip to Bali truly memorable.
We will spend half of our time exploring Ubud, a city in the mountains of Bali, and the other half relaxing in Canggu, a beach town with great surfing - the entire time being steeped in daily yoga and meditation, wellness activities, and cultural highlights. We'll balance fun group activities with time to relax by the pool and venture out on your own if you wish.
If we're missing a highlight or there's something you REALLY want to do, let us know! We want this trip to be memorable for everyone.
