Creating a strong foundation for each pose is the key to get into any asana in order to achieve a calm, meditative mental state.
There will be a little bit of everything sprinkled in this workshop: backbends, arm balances and inversions. Together, we'll train the body, mind and spirit to be healthy and strong. We'll come together as a loving and compassionate community creating a supportive and uplifting space to explore our practice.
**As we will be exploring intermediate/advanced postures, the only prerequisite is that you have been practicing yoga consistently for a minimum of 6 months**
