This weekend retreat was just what I needed! I went at the suggestion of a good friend who I joined for this trip. I wasn't really sure what to expect, and was a tiny bit nervous as I hadn't done anything except restorative yoga in the past 4-5 years. But I felt completely comfortable as soon as we got there. Emma and Kim were the most gracious hosts, and made some of the best food I've ever tasted. The yoga classes were fantastic, and I loved the atmosphere of the entire weekend. We were not pressured to take part in anything, and were told this weekend was whatever we wanted to make of it. So I left on Sunday feeling very relaxed. I highly HIGHLY recommend any retreat Kim and Emma offer in the future. Can't wait to join them again! Kim, Emma: thank you so much! ❤️

What a great 24hrs I had at the Cozy Winter Weekend yoga retreat. Kim and Emma were absolutely amazing! I thoroughly enjoyed the yoga, meditation, food, meeting new people and it snowed so it made it even more beautiful than it already was. I highly recommend a few days away with these lovelies. They know how to do it right! 💜

Open October 2024, outside a coffee shop after yoga — Me: "Hey your Lancaster retreat looks great, but it's my wife's birthday weekend." This would be my first wellness retreat, ever. Kim: "Bring her!" M: "She's not into yoga." K: "That's okay. She can just enjoy the house." And that's when the lightbulb went off in my head that this getaway could be both a desired weekend of deepening my yoga practice AND a fantastic birthday present to my partner. Flash forward to this past weekend and it was even more than that. Kim and Emma were impeccable hosts to this small gathering of yogis both partnered and strangers, family and friends, in a beautifully snowy winter lodge setting. The yoga practices were well-tuned to fit the energy of the room, with additional activities to bond with our weekend chosen family. We were also extremely well fed! I'm sure every review here will mention The Soup, because The Soup was so perfect for a cold winter weekend. Alana already made The Soup for our family back home. It's been two days. If any other itineraries provided by Kim or Emma pique your interest, you will not be disappointed. I'd wager that, in fact, you'll finish your journey filled with positive feelings, memories, and connections.
