After a tough workout, we'll gather for a healthy and delicious family style breakfast.

This morning we're going to the Beach for a surf lesson!  Once we are all set with our boards and rash guards, we'll start out learning the basics on the beach.  How to position our bodies, how to stand up and how to balance are all taught on land before ever hitting the waves.  After we have the basics down, we'll paddle out and put our newly gained knowledge to the test!  We'll spend the rest of the lesson in the water practicing and riding the waves!

For those not interested in surfing, we'll have Stand Up Paddleboards available as well.  Otherwise, feel free to relax on the beach and enjoy the beautiful weather and view! 

After an amazing morning out on the water, we'll sit down for a delicious lunch outside on the patio overlooking the ocean, while we enjoy the incredible view and weather.

After testing out our balance on the surf this morning, we'll meet this afternoon, to work on strengthening our core and improving our balance, followed by 30 minutes of yoga to stretch our muscles after an active day!

After a few hours of free time to relax or explore the area, we'll gather for dinner as a group.  We'll share our memories and photos from the day, and discuss the activities on the schedule for tomorrow!
