What’s included

One's holistic wellness is a result of what one eats and hence foods that heal must be consumed. The principles of permaculture follow the principles of the slow food movement – ethical food production, ethical food consumption and connections to all aspects of life. The nourishment Petrichor Farm serves to their guests and volunteers is plant-based, seasonal food, all grown lovingly by them in their organic permaculture gardens. They aim to preserve cultural cuisine and so they are preserving the food plants and seeds, domestic animals and farming within their eco region.

The food served during the retreat is satvik and plant-based, which works as a wonderful alkalizing detoxifier to the system. They also offer separate raw, vegan and ayurvedic items, upon request.
