Please note that part of the journey and experience are outdoor activities. 

Embarking and disembarking can be a little uncomfortable sometimes. 

There are little walks on unpaved paths. You must be trained to comfortably walk for at least 1 hour. 

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. 

Deposits are non-refundable. 

If I am able to fill your space within 30 days of the tour I will gladly reimburse you, less your deposit. However, if I cannot fill your space in a reasonable amount of time, no refunds can be given. 

I always recommend the purchase of travel insurance just to be safe.
